Trip Skeleton
We will be splurging our Air Miles for this trip which is approximately 80,000 air miles/person (4Adults +1 Child) and 10% of air flight ticket cost for my 1.5year old to travel from Singapore to Seattle then Los Angeles to Singapore. Some decisions we had to made before penning in the date: 1. Which season do we want to travel in? We struggled hard with this as the husband and I enjoy the winter season as we would love to snowboard again (no matter how amateurish we are). Then again, with the kids in tow, we may have underestimated the amount of snowboarding that we can get. Also, driving in the winter may be tough too. Summer would be great for the coastal drive that we are intending for but the air miles forbid us during that period. 2. How many days? This goes on to the discussion of our budget . A comfortable $1,000 USD/day kind of trip would already set us back $18,000USD for 18 days. So it makes the most sense to work from budget. For a family of 4Adults 2Child...
